Our daily set.........

Pullboy

Kickboard

Swimming Fins

Olympic size(50mts)
We got selected in ATC batch, but do we really deserve to be in it or is swimming our future. This question by asked appu to my parents, they too were confused, ofcorse every parent would want their child to study and settle, but we were hyperactive so it became necessary for us to join a sport and thus the training started. On the first day itself the batch was divided into 2 groups seniors and juniors.Juniors were under some other coach and seniors under the bald guy.Our coach handled me and my bro a pair of pullboy,a pair of kickboard,2 pairs of fins,2 pairs of hand paddles, all these things we had to bring with us during our training daily. We use to report at 7 and our practice use to get over by 9.There use to a warm up set where we had to warm our body by swimming for quite a long time with high speed, then use to be the pre set  that is like a brunch the thing before mainset is preset and then mainset which use to take a long time as it would contain long distance swimminng with quality, then post set like evening snacks and atlast relax swimming and out.One of my set is as follows this will make a picture that how was the set distributed

This use to be our daily timetable. The workout pattern was the same but quality was always different,so everyday we use to learn many new things and then the actual thing came in the picture because of which i joined swimming.I was awstruck.........
